Be The Best You Clinic – Booking & Deposit Policy
Deposits
• A deposit is required to secure all bookings.
• Deposits are non-refundable, as they cover our time and preparation for your appointment.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
• If you provide 48 hours’ notice or more, we will happily transfer your deposit to a new appointment.
• Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being lost.
• If you are unwell or can no longer make the appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. Even are letting us know within 48 hours then your deposit will be forfeited. In certain cases, we may offer a transfer or credit at our discretion. If you arrive unwell and we cannot treat you, your deposit will be forfeited.
No Shows
• Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the full deposit being lost.
Medical Conditions
• It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, medications, or recent treatments that may affect your suitability before booking.
• If a medical condition is disclosed on the day of your appointment and the treatment cannot go ahead, your deposit will be forfeited.
• In some cases, we may allow the deposit to be transferred to a suitable alternative treatment at our discretion.
Late Arrivals
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to carry out the full treatment, and your deposit may be lost.
Patch Tests
• Some treatments require a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment. It is your responsibility to book this. If you arrive without having completed a patch test, your appointment cannot go ahead and your deposit will be lost.
Age Policy
• All clients must be 18+ for aesthetic treatments. ID may be required.
Treatment Suitability
• Results vary depending on the individual. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, but an in-depth consultation will be held prior to proceeding with the treatment to fully explain what is achievable.
Refund Policy
• Payments made for treatments are non-refundable. In certain cases, we may offer a transfer or credit at our discretion.
Right to Refuse Service
• We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it is unsafe, unsuitable, or if a client behaves inappropriately. Deposits will not be refunded in these cases. In certain cases, we may offer a transfer or credit at our discretion.
Aftercare Responsibility
• Any pre care and full aftercare advice will be provided. It is your responsibility to follow this advice to achieve the best results. We cannot be held liable for issues caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Gift Vouchers
• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase and are non-refundable.
Payment Terms
• Remaining balances must be paid on the day of treatment. We accept card/cash/bank transfer. If you do not pay the remaining at the end of your treatment, then you will be banned from booking again until the balance is settled, and we may have to involve the police.
Liability Waiver
• While every effort is made to ensure your safety, all treatments carry risks. By booking, you accept these risks and agree that Be The Best You Clinic is not liable for outcomes outside of our control.
