All deposits are non-refundable, deposits can be lost if a cancellation or reschedule is made within 3 days or less of the appointment. If you wish to reschedule your appointment before the days policy, then your deposit can be carried over onto your new appointment. if you cancel your appointment before of the 3 days policy and do not wish to rebook, then your deposit will be lost.
